K-pop superstar Suga from BTS has officially completed his mandatory military service, marking a significant milestone as the final member of the globally acclaimed group to be discharged. He concluded his time as a social service agent on June 18, with his official discharge recorded as June 21. Suga’s release was noted to be low-key, contrasting with traditional military discharges that typically involve public ceremonies. His agency, Big Hit Music, attributed this decision to concerns about crowd management. While all members of BTS served their military time, Jin, j-hope, RM, V, and Jung Kook have already completed their duties, which commenced with Jin in December 2022.
