Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support of small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival, while also emphasizing the fun of the festival.

Having participated in various events across Viti Levu for three years, he is grateful for his wife’s assistance in recouping the $2,000 stall fee by the deadline.

Prakash’s stall features a variety of offerings including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with the Indian cuisine notably attracting significant interest this year.

He is contemplating an expansion of the menu for future carnivals.

Favorable weather conditions have boosted sales, drawing numerous customers to the event.
