Grab your hats and hold onto your umbrellas, because a STRONG WIND WARNING is still in play for the adventurous souls in Lau and Lomaiviti groups, Kadavu, and those cheeky nearby islands, as well as Taveuni, Yasawa, and coastal areas from Rakiraki to Udu Point and Southern Bua. Yes folks, the winds are here to remind us what a proper breeze feels like!
What’s happening? Well, there’s a high-pressure system happily hanging out south of Fiji, whipping up a gusty southeasterly wind that’s casting a rather blustery mood across our islands.
