Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, Richard Marles, recently hosted Vanuatu’s Minister for Internal Affairs, Andrew Napuat, in Cairns to celebrate the return of the RVS Takuare, a Guardian-class Patrol Boat. This vessel has undergone extensive repairs and renovations following significant damage from Cyclone Kevin in 2023.
