SPTE 2025: A New Wave of Pacific Tourism Awaits!

The Pacific Tourism Organisation will hold its annual South Pacific Tourism Exchange (SPTE) at the newly opened Crowne Plaza Fiji in Nadi next year. The 9th edition of the SPTE is set for May 9-10, following the successful 2024 event at the Sheraton Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau Island.

SPTO CEO Christopher Cocker expressed excitement for the upcoming event, emphasizing a commitment to promoting collaboration and innovation within the Pacific tourism industry. He stated, “Our goal is to create an exceptional experience for our members and stakeholders, one that drives meaningful connections and sustainable growth across the region.”

While the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa has been confirmed as the venue, efforts are underway to ensure all logistical details align to enhance participant experience. The SPTE is an essential platform for tourism operators, wholesalers, and stakeholders to network, collaborate, and showcase the diverse offerings of the Pacific islands.

Cocker highlighted that the event provides a unique opportunity for those in the tourism sector to explore new collaboration and growth possibilities. As preparations for SPTE 2025 advance, stakeholders can look forward to accessing resources on the event website in the months ahead to assist their participation.
