Vision Energy Solutions has entered into a significant solar energy partnership with CJ Patel and Company Pte, aiming to produce approximately 632.84 megawatt-hours of electricity each year.
Launched on July 22, 2024, the project will involve the installation of a 380.16 kW solar capacity system, which is projected to yield around 632.84 MWh annually. This initiative is anticipated to lead to estimated utility savings of 563.50 MWh per year and a decrease in carbon emissions by approximately 224.26 tonnes.
Sanjesh Prasad, the CEO of Vision Energy Solutions, mentioned that the collaboration with CJ Patel is the culmination of two years of dedicated discussions and assessments. He expressed enthusiasm for the project’s potential and the opportunities it offers.
The venture aligns with Vision Energy’s goal of delivering sustainable energy solutions and promoting environmental responsibility through renewable energy sources. Mr. Prasad emphasized that the contract is not just a business deal but the start of a significant partnership that could lead to future projects beneficial to both companies and the goal of a sustainable future for Fiji and beyond.
