The Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) has recently undergone significant leadership changes as it prepares for the upcoming 2025 Municipal Elections and the 2026 National General Elections. At their annual general meeting, Ratu Filimoni Soqeta was elected as the new president, alongside Ratu Ramesio Qarau and Ratu Epeli Tuisese, who will serve as vice-presidents. This newly formed leadership team also includes Party Leader Hon. Aseri Radrodro and Vice President Ratu Jone Lesuma, showcasing a commitment to youthful and visionary leadership.
SODELPA’s AGM recorded a robust turnout of 316 dedicated members, indicating a strong desire among party members for the organization’s growth and future governance.
