Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support of small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival and emphasizing the festival’s enjoyment.

After managing stalls at various events on Viti Levu for three years, he expressed gratitude for his wife’s assistance in recouping the $2,000 stall fee by the Tuesday deadline.

Prakash offers a variety of food, including Indian cuisine, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with a noticeable preference for Indian dishes among attendees this year.

He is contemplating an expansion of the menu for future carnivals.

Favorable weather conditions have contributed to an increase in sales, drawing in numerous customers.
