Slow Start to Celebrations for North Civil Servants – Katonivere Ground in Labasa

While civil servants nationwide have begun their celebrations for Civil Service Day, government workers in the North are still setting up at the Katonivere ground in Labasa. Some ministry tents are still lacking tables. The program, which was expected to start at 9am, has yet to begin.
