Suva Grammar School triumphed over Marist Brothers High School in a thrilling Vodafone Deans U15 Finals match, securing a 31-24 victory.

The game began with Suva Grammar School quickly gaining the upper hand, scoring a converted try that put them ahead 7-0. Marist Brothers High School responded swiftly, leveling the match with an impressive try to make it 7-all.

In the 18th minute, Marist Brothers took the lead with another converted try, pushing the score to 14-7. However, Suva Grammar School came back strong, scoring a try and conversion to equalize at 14-all.

Marist Brothers reclaimed the lead with an unconverted try, putting them ahead 19-14, but Suva Grammar School quickly answered back with another try to bring the score to 19-all by halftime.

The second half saw Marist Brothers score an unconverted try early on, taking the lead at 24-19. Yet, Suva Grammar School fought back, scoring a converted try in the 11th minute to shift the lead in their favor at 26-24.

In the match’s final moments, Suva Grammar School secured their victory with one last converted try, finishing the game with a score of 31-24.
