A flood warning has been issued for the Nadi River, Sabeto River, and Nawaka River as water levels continue to rise. According to the Nadi weather office, the water level at Nadi Bridge reached 3.18 meters above the alert threshold at 5 am and is expected to keep increasing. The Fiji Meteorological Service warns that water levels will continue to elevate due to the upcoming high tide scheduled for around 7.50 am.
Additionally, a flood warning is also in effect for the Ba River, indicating widespread concern over potential flooding in these areas. Residents are advised to stay alert and take necessary precautions as the situation develops.
