Tailevu Naitasiri, Nasinu, and Tavua have secured their places in the semifinals of the 2024 FMF Inter District Championship (IDC) taking place in Lautoka. Bua has emerged as the top team in Group A and will compete against the Group B runner-up in the first semifinal scheduled for tomorrow. The second semifinal will feature Group B champion Tailevu Naitasiri facing off against Group A runner-up Nasinu. Bua, Nasinu, and Lami each finished with two points, but Bua’s superior goal difference earned them the top spot in Group A, while Nasinu claimed the runner-up position. The first semifinal is set to begin at 8 a.m., followed by the second semifinal at 10:30 a.m. at Churchill Park.
