Security Concerns Force Suspension of Hibiscus Festival Ride

The National Occupational Health and Safety Service (NOHSS) of the Employment Ministry has ordered the immediate suspension of operations for the MG rocket ride, following a safety incident at the Hibiscus Festival last Saturday. Employment Minister Agni Deo Singh announced that an investigation conducted by the NOHSS revealed the cause of the incident, leading to a prohibition notice being issued to the ride’s owner and operator. Ongoing investigations are still underway to further assess the situation.
