Police have made significant progress in their investigation of an aggravated robbery outside the Raiwai Top Shop in Raiwaqa, Suva, with the arrest of a second suspect. This latest arrest took place during an operation by the Southern Division task force along Grantham Road.
The suspect is now in custody at the Raiwaqa Police Station, where authorities are conducting further investigations. This incident occurred earlier when an individual was reportedly assaulted and robbed of his watch and cash while waiting for a bus outside the Milverton Road Top Shop.
Earlier in the investigation, police apprehended a 23-year-old man from Raiwai in connection with the crime. Authorities are now intensifying efforts to locate a third suspect believed to be involved in this incident.
