Scotland Women’s Head Coach Bryan Easson has made significant changes to the starting lineup for their final Vodafone Series match against Fijiana on Sunday, with eight personnel adjustments and one positional switch.
Anne Young and Elliann Clarke will make their first starts for Scotland at loosehead and tighthead prop, respectively. Lana Skeldon continues at hooker, with Louise McMillan and Sarah Bonar forming the second row.
In a revamped back row, captain Rachel Malcolm joins forces with Rachel McLachlan, while Jade Konkel returns to her traditional number eight position.
Meryl Smith shifts from centre to stand-off to partner with Caity Mattinson, who is back after recovering from a serious neck injury sustained during the Guinness Six Nations earlier this year.
Lisa Thomson returns to the inside centre position following her recent Olympic appearance with Great Britain Sevens, having missed the previous match against Wales. Emma Orr remains at outside centre.
The back three features Coreen Grant, Chloe Rollie, who scored twice in the last match against Wales, and experienced Sevens player Rhona Lloyd.
On the bench, forwards Elis Martin, Lisa Cockburn, Christine Belisle, Eva Donaldson, and Evie Gallagher are poised to make an impact. The backs include last weekend’s debutants Leia Brebner-Holden and impressive performer Lucia Scott, along with Helen Nelson, who can provide leadership if necessary.
The match will be broadcast live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app in the UK, as well as on the Scottish Rugby website for international viewers.
