Three students from two different schools were apprehended yesterday in connection with drug-related offenses. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Livai Driu, expressed his appreciation for the teachers who played a crucial role in this incident, emphasizing the importance of their cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for all students.
“We applaud the teachers, one of our stakeholders who are assisting us in keeping everyone safe, and we will allow the law to take its course,” stated ACP Driu. He also noted that another school is under investigation after the school manager discovered smoking paraphernalia in the dining hall and promptly reported it to the police.
