The Sugar Cane Growers Fund (SCGF) recently received four awards at the Fiji Human Resource Institute Awards 2024. Raj Sharma, the chief executive officer of SCGF, expressed pride in the organization’s achievement of securing silver awards across all categories in their inaugural participation in the awards.
Sharma emphasized the significance of employee well-being, engagement, and growth, noting that the SCGF fosters a culture of transparency, integrity, innovation, and collaboration. He stated that their human resources strategies aim to cultivate a supportive and motivating workplace, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and reduced turnover, while promoting a positive organizational culture.
