Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support of small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival while also emphasizing the festive atmosphere.

With three years of experience operating stalls at various events across Viti Levu, Prakash is grateful for his wife’s assistance in recovering the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.

His offerings include a variety of Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with this year’s Indian cuisine notably appealing to festival-goers.

Prakash is contemplating an expanded menu for future festivals.

Favorable weather conditions have boosted sales, drawing in a large number of customers.
