Santiago Gomez Cora, the designated ambassador for the 2025 McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s, will not be attending next week’s tournament in Sigatoka. The head coach of the Argentina 7s team has recently undergone emergency surgery, and his physician has advised him to refrain from travel for a minimum of one month.
This development also impacts the event’s lineup, as Cora was expected to share the spotlight with Fiji 7s Coach Osea Kolinisau as ambassadors for the tournament.
