Sanjiv Dubey, who has been serving as the coach for Fiji’s under-19 cricket team, has been appointed as the new Talent Manager for Cricket Fiji. In this enhanced role, Dubey will be responsible for spearheading talent identification efforts, particularly targeting the scouting and recruitment of talented Fijian cricketers based in Australia and New Zealand. This initiative comes in the wake of Fiji’s successful performance in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub-Regional EAP Qualifier A, where the team secured victories against the Cook Islands and Vanuatu.
