Samoa returned to form in the 2024 Pacific Nations Cup, delivering a dominant performance against Tonga with a score of 43-17 at Apia Park today.

Following a disappointing 42-16 defeat to Fiji last week in Suva, Samoa showcased a significant improvement in their discipline and commitment throughout the match.

The home team took control early, leading 17-0 at halftime, and continued to assert their dominance in the second half, despite Tonga making attempts to score.

Samoa will now await the result of the Fiji-Tonga match next week to determine their qualification for the PNC semifinals.
