S Nagindas Fiji has made a $4 million investment in its new outlet located at Damodar City in Labasa, which officially opened yesterday. This marks the company’s second location in Labasa. General Manager Amit Khatri emphasized that the new outlet offers customers an international standard shopping experience.
“The new outlet is a large store with a diverse range of products,” Khatri stated. He expressed the company’s long-standing desire to establish a large shopping complex, noting that the previous outlet in Labasa Town was smaller. He thanked Damodar for facilitating the construction of this expansive shopping facility.
In a recent interview, Khatri highlighted that the outlet caters to a wide demographic, providing products not only for men but also for women and children. “We wanted to showcase the extensive selection of items we have available,” he said.
The opening of the new outlet has also contributed to job creation in the Northern region, with a total of 31 individuals being employed by the company. Khatri acknowledged the significant support they received from the Labasa community leading up to the launch of the new location.
