Rupeni Kabu, a 27-year-old rugby player, is setting his sights on being named in coach Osea Kolinisau’s 13-member squad for the HSBC SVNS series in 2025. The athlete from Naila, Tailevu, acknowledges that being included in the extended squad is a significant achievement that embodies the dreams of many young rugby players. His rugby journey began with the Natakali Sharks and later took him to the Northland team in the Vodafone Vanua Championship, as well as the Police Blues Sevens side.
