In the women’s division, the Yasawa Saints will compete against the Police Sharks in what is expected to be a thrilling match. On the men’s side, the Vusu Raiders will face the Navy Albatross, with both teams eager to showcase their skills in a contest that promises to keep fans highly entertained.

Yasawa Saints captain Sereana Nasau emphasized the importance of teamwork as a key factor in their preparations. She expressed gratitude for their semi-final victory, attributing their success to divine guidance. “We want to thank God for the win in the semi-final last week; He is the source of our strength,” Nasau stated.

As they approach the final, she noted that the team has been training diligently and enjoying strong camaraderie. “We’ve prepared well for this moment,” she added. Nasau also reflected on their determined semi-final performance, pledging to rectify any errors as they pursue the championship title. “It was not an easy journey for us to reach this stage of competition, but I thank the girls for consistently showing resilience on the field,” she remarked.

In the recent semi-finals, the Vusu Raiders triumphed over the Ravoravo Rabbitohs with a score of 30-22, while the Navy Albatross secured a victory against the Waitaci Titans, finishing 32-20. In the women’s semi-finals, the Yasawa Saints defeated the Lami Steelers 28-14, and the Police Sharks overcame the Namoli West Tigers 30-20 to qualify for the finals.
