Eight teams have advanced through the challenging elimination rounds for the Vodafone Cup National Quarterfinals and are ready to compete for a place in the semifinals.
Among the competitors are the formidable Dee Cees Nadera Panthers and the consistently competitive Saru Dragons.
Joining for the first time at this level are the Laselase Cowboys and Topline Warriors.
FNRL Executive Chairman, Akuila Masi, urges all supporters to attend and cheer for their teams.
“This weekend marks an exciting moment in our rugby league history,” Masi stated. “These teams have put in tremendous effort to reach this point, and they deserve all the support they can receive. Expect a day filled with intense competition and exhilarating rugby.”
The quarterfinal matchups at Lawaqa Park are as follows:
– 9:00 am: Warwick Vusu Raiders vs. Topline Warriors
– 11:00 am: Dee Cees Nadera Panthers vs. Waitaci Titans
– 1:00 pm: Ravoravo Rabbitohs vs. Laselase Cowboys
– 3:00 pm: Navy Albatross vs. Saru Dragons
The Vodafone Cup National Quarterfinals are set to ignite this Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, starting at 9:00 am.
