The World Rugby Match Officials Level 3 Course has resumed in Suva after a five-year hiatus. Talemo Waqa, a trainer from World Rugby, is leading the session alongside three trainers from Australia and New Zealand, assisting regional participants from Samoa, Tonga, Nauru, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, and Fiji. The workshop is scheduled to wrap up on Saturday.
