Ratu Kadavulevu School will be presenting a matanigasau to Lelean Memorial School today. This comes after an incident on Friday following the Eastern Zone semifinals in Dawasamu, where a bus transporting LMS players was stoned by RKS students. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media. A student was injured but has received necessary medical attention. Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro met with Fiji Secondary School Rugby Union President Jone Kanalagi, along with respective zone presidents and the principals of LMS and RKS. It has been confirmed that no school or student will be pulled out of the competition.
