Aleeza Raza, a defender for Digicel Fiji Future Kulas, was awarded Player of the Match after Fiji triumphed 1-0 over the Solomon Islands in the 5th/6th place playoff at the OFC U-16 Women’s Championship held at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

The 15-year-old, who was born in Sydney to parents originally from Labasa, demonstrated remarkable dedication and perseverance throughout all four matches of the tournament.

Her family, present in the stands to support her, expressed their pride as Raza made significant contributions to secure Fiji’s fifth-place finish in the competition.
