Rewa’s Victory Secures Top Spot in Fiji Premier League!

Rewa extended their lead in the Digicel Fiji Premier League with a hard-earned 2-0 win over Lautoka in Round 16, held at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.

The match was intense from the outset, with both sides displaying strong performances. However, Lautoka faced a setback when Antonio Tuivuna received a red card just before halftime after a second yellow, leaving his team with 10 players.

Taking advantage of the situation, Tevita Waranivalu scored both of Rewa’s goals from the penalty spot during the first half, ensuring a vital victory for his team.
