Rewa, the league leaders, played to a goalless draw against Navua in a Round 14 match of the Digicel Fiji Premier League at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori today. Under the guidance of coach Roderick Singh, the Delta Tigers welcomed back Solomon Islands defender Leon Kofana, fielding a full-strength team, while Navua saw the return of striker Jackson Wale.

Despite several opportunities created by the agile John Orobulu in both halves, he was unable to breach the defense of goalkeeper Jovilisi Borisi. Additionally, Navua’s Thomas Dunn, Filipe Baravilala, and Simione Damuni put pressure on Rewa’s defense with promising attacks.

With this match, Extra Supermarket Rewa continues to lead the standings with 31 points, whereas Flowserve Engineering & Pump Supplies Navua is in sixth place with 19 points.
