Rewa’s Rocky Road: A Tough Challenge Awaits in OFC Champions League 2025

The Extra Supermarket Rewa football team faces a challenging road ahead as they prepare for the OFC Men’s Champions League 2025. Representing Fiji, Rewa has been placed in a competitive Group A alongside the champion clubs from New Zealand, Tahiti, and New Caledonia. Meanwhile, Group B features top teams from Vanuatu, the OFC Qualifying matches, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands.

The group draws were officially conducted yesterday at the OFC Home of Football, Te Kahu o Kiwa, in Auckland, New Zealand. Excitingly, the Champions League qualifying tournament is set to take place in the Cook Islands from February 8 to 14, featuring three teams: Royal Puma FC from American Samoa, Vaipuna SC from Samoa, and Tupapa Maraerenga FC from the Cook Islands. The winning team from this tournament will earn a spot in the OFC Men’s Champions League, scheduled to occur in Honiara, Solomon Islands, from March 30 to April 12.
