Rewa, the reigning league champions, have bolstered their squad ahead of the Flick Hygiene Pacific Cup with several key additions. The Delta Tigers have enlisted Solomon Islanders William Komasi and Javin Alick as guest players. They are joined by New Zealand-based Sione Faapoi, Mohammed Ishtiaq, and Nasinu’s goalkeeper Emori Ragata.

Komasi and Alick will integrate into a squad that already features countrymen such as striker John Orobulu and defender Stanton Alick, strengthening their attacking and defensive options. The club has also welcomed young talents Neemish Prasad, Keni Cagi, Delon Shankar, Mervin Chand, and Asivorosi Rabo to their roster. Meanwhile, experienced players Setareki Hughes, Tevita Waranaivalu, Ivan Kumar, Madhwan Goundar, Peniame Drova, Patrick Joseph, Iowane Matanisiga, and Epeli Valevou will lead the team as they aim for success in the tournament.

Rewa will kick off their campaign against the defending champions, the Auckland All Stars, in the highlight match of Day 1, scheduled for 7:30 PM.

This infusion of talent presents a hopeful outlook for Rewa as they embark on their cup journey, combining experienced leadership with youthful energy. Their first match promises an exciting challenge that could set the tone for the rest of the tournament.
