Rewa concluded their Digicel Fiji Premier League season with an impressive 3-1 victory against Ba at the Fiji FA Academy Ground in Namosau.

After a challenging first half that ended in a 1-1 draw, the Delta Tigers surged ahead in the second half. Epeli Valevou opened the scoring for Rewa, while Penaia Nagatalevu provided the equalizer for Ba.

Asivorosi Rabo gave Rewa the lead shortly after halftime, leading to a series of red cards that saw Rewa’s captain Setareki Hughes, Ba’s goalkeeper Misiwani Nairube, and Mitieli Naivro all sent off for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Tevita Waranaivalu sealed the win for Rewa with a well-executed penalty just before the match concluded.

In other matches from the day, Nasinu triumphed over Nadroga with a 3-1 scoreline, Lautoka claimed a 2-1 victory against Tailevu Naitasiri, Nadi won 2-1 against Suva, and Navua narrowly defeated Labasa 1-0 in a match played yesterday.
