Sydney Rewa triumphed over New Zealand with a decisive 3-0 victory in the second Premier quarterfinal of the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup at the Blacktown Spartan Sporting Complex today.
Under the guidance of Fiji assistant coach Marika Rodu, Rewa launched an aggressive start, leading 1-0 at halftime thanks to a penalty from Vinit Chand.
In the second half, Aman Singh and Alvin Singh capitalized on errors made by Nadroga, securing two impressive goals.
Sydney Rewa featured players such as Aakash Sharma, Delon Shankar, and Madhwan Goundar, while the Nadroga team, coached by O’Neill Chand, included players like Shahil Dave, Pawan Singh, Akshay Shandil, and Jeshal Kumar.
