Rewa showcased a dominant performance against local rivals Nasinu, securing a 4-0 triumph in their Digicel Fiji Premier League Round 13 match at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
Despite displaying commendable skills in the first half, Nasinu struggled under pressure, allowing Rewa’s captain, Setareki Hughes, to net the only goal of the first half.
In the second half, the Delta Tigers took control, adding three more goals to their tally, with contributions from Solomon Islander John Orobulu, Iosefo Verevou, and Tevita Waranaivalu.
With this victory, Rewa has amassed a total of 30 points, sitting three points ahead of second-placed Labasa, while Nasinu finds themselves in ninth place with 12 points.
