The race for the Digicel Fiji Premier League title is intensifying, with Extra Supermarket Rewa holding on to their lead after a decisive 3-0 win against Nadroga last night.
With this victory, Rewa tops the table with 34 points, while Extra Supermarket Labasa is in second place with 29 points. Flick Hygiene Lautoka closely follows in third with 28 points after their 4-2 win over Ba earlier this week.
This weekend will feature an exciting triple-header at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori. The matches will kick off with Navua versus Tailevu Naitasiri at 11 am, followed by Suva facing Nadroga at 1 pm. The highlight match will showcase league leaders Rewa against third-placed Lautoka at 3 pm.
Additionally, Extra Supermarket Labasa FC will welcome Nasinu FC on Saturday at Subrail Park in Labasa at 1:30 pm, while Rooster Chicken Ba FC will take on Nadi FC on Sunday at 3 pm at the Fiji FA Academy Ground in Ba.
