Rewa Legends claimed a 2-1 victory over Lautoka Legends in the opening match prior to the Super Premier clash between Nadi FC and Labasa FC at the 2024 FMF Inter District Championship held at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
Pita Rabo scored both goals for Rewa, securing the win.
Rewa Legends captain Ronald Chaudhary acknowledged the match’s challenges, noting that Lautoka Legends performed equally well.
“Both teams featured former district representatives, and we are pleased to have won the match,” he stated.
