Rewa Faces Tough Challenge in OFC Champions League 2025

The Extra Supermarket Rewa football team faces a significant challenge in the upcoming OFC Men’s Champions League 2025. Representing Fiji, Rewa finds itself in Group A, where it will compete against the champion teams from New Zealand, Tahiti, and New Caledonia. Meanwhile, Group B includes leading clubs from Vanuatu, alongside representatives from the OFC Qualifying tournament, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands.

The draws for the groups were conducted yesterday at the OFC Home of Football, known as Te Kahu o Kiwa, located in Auckland, New Zealand. The competition will also feature a qualifying tournament in the Cook Islands from February 8-14, where three teams—Royal Puma FC from American Samoa, Vaipuna SC from Samoa, and Tupapa Maraerenga FC from the Cook Islands—will vie for a spot in the main tournament. The champion from this qualifying event will progress to the OFC Men’s Champions League 2025, set to take place in Honiara, Solomon Islands, from March 30 to April 12.
