Rewa has secured its place in the semifinals of the 2024 FMF Inter District Championship (IDC) after defeating Nadi 3-0 in their second Group B match at Churchill Park in Lautoka. Following an impressive 7-0 victory over Nadroga the previous day, the team, coached by Roderick Singh, demonstrated their dominance from the start. Solomon Islander John Orobulu opened the scoring in the 26th minute, marking his sixth goal of the tournament.
Rewa went into halftime with a 1-0 lead, and left-back Ivan Kumar delivered the standout moment of the match in the 61st minute with a powerful strike that left goalkeeper Joela Biuvanua powerless. The win was rounded off in the 77th minute when substitute striker Asivorosi Rabo scored with a precise finish.
