Record Pass Rate Revealed: What to Expect in Fiji’s Year 8 Results?

The Ministry of Education in Fiji has announced an encouraging increase in the pass rate for the Fiji Eighth Year Examination (FEYE), with a recorded rate of 69% in 2024, up from 67% in the previous year. Minister for Education, Aseri Radrodro, revealed that the provisional results will be made available on November 22, 2024.

Students will have a 30-day window to review their results, during which they can request a mark recount for a fee of $5 per subject or a remark for $25 per subject. This year, a total of 18,968 students participated in the examination across 712 centers.

Exam results can be conveniently accessed online at www.examresults.gov.fj using each student’s unique examination identification number and personal credentials.

This upward trend in pass rates suggests a positive movement in educational outcomes and achievements among students in Fiji, reflecting the hard work of both students and educators. With opportunities for reassessment, students are encouraged to review their performance and strive for further improvement.
