Ratu Navula College has secured their position in the Vodafone Deans Under-19 semifinals following a narrow 30-24 victory against Ratu Simione Matanitobua College in a thrilling quarterfinal match held at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.

The game opened with Ratu Navula asserting control early on, taking advantage of the territory and maintaining possession effectively enough to lead 16-7 at halftime. The intense match featured both teams making significant runs and strong tackles, keeping spectators glued to the action.

As the second half unfolded, Ratu Navula faced challenges, being reduced to 14 players at times due to foul play. Nonetheless, their focus and resilience paid off as they effectively managed to maintain their lead despite being outnumbered, showcasing a determined performance throughout.

Ratu Simione Matanitobua College capitalized on the moments when Ratu Navula was down a player, attempting to close the gap with a late push that included a final try.
