Head coach Etika Tovilevu emphasizes the importance of conditioning, particularly following the festive season when many players fell out of shape.

“Our primary focus right now is on fitness,” Tovilevu mentioned. “After the festive celebrations, it’s crucial for the players to regain their conditioning.” The team has dedicated the last two weeks to rigorous training, aimed at enhancing their physical readiness for the competitive challenges ahead.
