Former parliamentarian Simione Rasova will learn on September 6 whether he has a case to answer. He is facing allegations of providing false information regarding his permanent residence in parliamentary records, resulting in him wrongfully receiving $21,350 in allowances between July 2019 and April 2020. Rasova appeared in court yesterday before Magistrate Pulekeria Low at the Suva Magistrate’s Court, where his bail was extended.
