Nadi President Mohammed Mohin Rafiq is urging fans to support the team as they get ready to compete against the Tongan national team in a friendly match scheduled for this Wednesday. Rafiq emphasized that playing against an international opponent at home provides a significant opportunity for the players’ development.
“This match will allow us to play at an international level, and our fans will play a major role in boosting the players, so I urge them to come out in numbers and be the twelfth player,” Rafiq stated. He also mentioned that the players are enthusiastic about showcasing their skills and making their supporters proud.
“The boys are very much excited for the match and will surely make all the fans proud,” he added. Tickets for the game are available for $6 for adults, while children under 10 can enter for free. The game is set to begin at 7 PM at Prince Charles Park.
