Raiwai Raid Uncovers Currencies and Stolen Goods: Three Arrested!

Police have successfully conducted a raid in Raiwai, resulting in the seizure of both foreign and local currencies, along with various items believed to be stolen, such as laptops and phones. Authorities also discovered white substances suspected to be methamphetamine during the operation.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations, Livai Driu, confirmed that the raid was carried out by the Southern Division’s Serious Organised Crime and Intelligence Unit, in cooperation with the K9 Fiji Detector Dog Unit. Two men and a woman were taken into custody as a result of this operation. ACP Driu also mentioned that similar coordinated raids will continue across all five policing divisions, aiming to combat organized crime effectively.
