The Central Crime and Criminal Investigations Department conducted two raids on homes linked to individuals suspected of receiving stolen goods. Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations (ACP) Livai Driu reported that the operations took place in a settlement in Tamavua and Toorak yesterday, resulting in the seizure of several laptops, a camera, and various other items believed to be stolen.
ACP Driu emphasized that these raids are part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the market for stolen goods as a strategy to combat theft and robbery. The Central Division Crime Unit is urging the public to provide any information by calling 9905521.
