Managing multiple roles, including Foreign Affairs, Climate Change, Civil Service, Public Enterprises, Police, and Immigration, has proven to be quite challenging for the Prime Minister.
At 76 years old, Rabuka acknowledged that the extensive responsibilities have been demanding, requiring him to spend late nights reviewing ministerial files. By reassigning certain portfolios, he believes he can enhance his leadership and manage his responsibilities more effectively.
