Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka urged students at the Fiji National University to equip themselves with a high-quality education to adapt to societal changes and achieve success in their lives.
During his visit to the FNU Nasinu Campus, Rabuka highlighted the crucial role of education in shaping the future of young people.
“You are in an institution of learning; you are being taught by individuals who have navigated this process. Change is inevitable. There is always a pathway to recovery; do not give up, persevere, and graduate,” PM Rabuka encouraged the students.
“Keep going, you have the potential, the sky is not your limit, but heaven is.”
Vice Chancellor Professor Unaisi Nabobo-Baba reiterated FNU’s commitment to enhancing higher education in Fiji.
“We promise that FNU will support you in realizing the Fijian Government’s vision for the future. At FNU, we will align with the Fiji Government’s National Development Plan,” Professor Baba shared with the Prime Minister.
“FNU is aware of the direction the government is heading and will follow the same course.”
