Rabuka Declares Coalition Strength Amid Ministerial Changes

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, leader of the People’s Alliance, has reaffirmed his strong backing from coalition partners, the Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) and the National Federation Party (NFP), following the recent swearing-in of three new Ministers and three new Assistant Ministers. Rabuka confirmed he obtained prior approvals from both parties before the ceremony, reflecting effective collaboration within the coalition.

SODELPA General Secretary Viliame Takayawa echoed Rabuka’s sentiments, stating that the coalition remains solid and intact, although he withheld further comments.
