Defending Vodafone Deans Trophy champions Queen Victoria School have advanced to the Eastern Zone Under-18 final.
QVS secured an 18-15 victory over an unexpected contender, Tailevu North College, at the Dawasamu Secondary School ground on Friday.
They will face off against their neighbors, Ratu Kadavulevu School, in the zone final. RKS drew 15-15 with Lelean Memorial School in their semifinal match. According to competition rules, the match was awarded to RKS because they scored the first try.
